TerraVita Springs is surrounded by Incense Cedar, Doug fir, Black Oak, White Oak, White Fir, Poneros Pine, Sugar Pine, Mountain Mahogany, Elder, Madrone trees. However due to cutting from previous owners, there are sections on the land where stands of trees once stood, but can no longer grow back. It is our goal to plant  thousands of native trees throughout the restoration project. You can help us through our Plant a Native Tree Program.
